What KnowYi does

KnowYi is the execution layer helping hardware teams turn engineering intent into delivered industrial products. We manage the work between your files and a finished, inspected, delivered build: drawings, tolerances, supplier instructions, CNC machining, sheet metal, PCBA, cable harnesses, enclosures, assembly, inspection evidence, and delivery tracking.

The hard part is not finding one shop. The hard part is turning partial engineering intent into manufacturable inputs, controlled versions, inspection evidence, and repeatable delivery.

What teams send us

Teams send whatever they have: application scenarios, environment constraints, STEP files, 2D drawings, BOMs, Gerbers, CPL files, harness connection lists, enclosure specs, or partial file packages. Incomplete packages are fine. We identify what is missing and what is blocking a real manufacturing path.

For many prototype, pilot, and recurring production builds, KnowYi can move from application specs or partial files to a manufacturable build path, drawings, supplier routing, production, and delivery in fast cycles. Exact lead time depends on scope, complexity, material, quantity, and approval speed.

What KnowYi returns

Drawings with revision control. Supplier routing across CNC, sheet metal, PCBA, cable harnesses, enclosures, and assemblies. First-article inspection before lot release. Dimensional inspection reports, manufacturing photos, AOI results, functional test records, and material certificates. Per-unit serial numbers and per-lot delivery tracking. A build record that captures what was built, what was inspected, what was accepted, and when it shipped.

Why this matters

Most teams do not get blocked because they lack ideas. They get blocked because the build package is not ready for production. Software can move fast. Hardware only scales when the fixtures, enclosures, cable harnesses, PCBA, and inspection records keep up.

The demo works in a controlled environment. The real challenge starts when the physical integration hardware has to be manufactured reliably at volume.
